Appointment

To help us deliver the best possible experience, we’ve outlined a few important policies for all appointments. Please review the information below so your glam session runs seamlessly and we can create beautiful results together.

Policies

  • You can conveniently schedule your appointment online through our booking platform.

  • All appointments are on-site unless previously agreed upon. (In home, hotel or venue)

  • All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Booking Policies

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you are running late, your session may be adjusted to ensure you are ready on time for your event.

  • Late arrivals will be charged for the full session, even if the session is abbreviated.

Late Arrivals

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window.

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments unless discussed within 24 hours of the completion of services.

  • Venmo, cash app, and Zelle are not accepted as a form of payment.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.

Refunds & Payments

  • Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed.

  • Avoid wearing oils or SPF on the day of your appointment.

  • Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your hair or skin.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • We follow strict hygiene protocols including sanitizing hands and tools to prioritize client safety.
